Natasha is a highly experienced and accomplished Trust, Estate and Business Attorney, with an impressive career spanning nearly two decades in Washington state and most recently in Arizona. Throughout her private practice, she has not only served her clients diligently but has also worked as a Senior Tax Consultant at a national tax planning firm.

 

In her legal practice, Natasha has been dedicated to representing closely held businesses, offering her expertise in corporate reorganizations for asset protection and tax planning strategies. She has a strong background in advocating for shareholder interests in business and probate litigation. Concentrating in business succession planning, business tax planning, and personal wealth planning, which includes multigenerational wealth transfer and charitable tax planning, Natasha has become a sought-after subject matter expert in her field.

 

Natasha's educational achievements have set a solid foundation for her legal career. She holds undergraduate and MBA degrees from National University in San Diego, a law degree from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School, and an LL.M. in taxation from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude.
